In-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time. Contact for monthly rates.

A refundable security deposit in the amount of $200 is also required.  This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage.  State of SC tourism tax is 11% and $125 cleaning fee will be added to your rental fee.

Pet friendly (sorry no cats). The dog fee is $90.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% + $200 security deposit is required within a week of booking.  The balance is due 30 days before arrival.


We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.

Credit cards accepted through PayPal. You can use paypal even if you dont have a paypal account. Paypal allows you to pay through their secured server using your major credit cards or checking account without requiring you to become a member.
