My wife, dog and I have stayed at the Sea-Breeze twice, and both times we've left totally happy and satisfied with our decision. The owners have a provided a wonderful place for a young couple with no kids to enjoy a quiet vacation at a beautiful destination. That said, it's well equipped to handle a family as well. The unit itself is fully furnished and boasts an updated kitchen, with many of the important cooking essentials for enjoying a quiet and romantic meal with your lovely spouse. The bedrooms are comfortable, particularly the one with the King size bed, and have attached bathrooms for excellent convenience. This particular unit is within in a few units of a swimming pool and is a short walk to a quieter part of the beach on Hilton Head Island. The owners have provided many of the necessary items to enjoy your beach vacation, including an umbrella for the beach, a beach cart, chairs, coolers and coozies. You can't ask for much more when you're looking to relax. All in, this is a great place to spend a week away from the ins and outs of the daily grind.

Sea-Esta is a wonderful place to stay! It is in walking distance to the beach and to all of the shops in Coligny Plaza. Sea-Esta's decor is very clean and charming, a complete beach house getaway! Brandi the owner is wonderful at making you stay complete, by providing excellent customer service and all of the amenities you may need while staying at Sea-Esta. I would most definitely recommend this home to my friends and family and will be coming back real soon. Thank you Brandi!

My husband and I had wonderful time staying at this villa. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Brandi was great giving you suggestions for dining, and recreation. It was nice to be able to take our maltipoo, too. She loved her bicycle rides on the beach and bike paths. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at SEA-esta! We have two small children and cannot express how convenient it was to have a vacation at SEA-esta. The owners have furnished their property with EVERYTHING to help with the kids (games, videos, bed rails, sippy cups, kids dishes, etc.) and also with a beach stay (plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.) We also loved staying in the place as it was so organized and newly furnished! So cute! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and the owners' materials with suggestions, recommendations, maps, etc. really helped. We loved all of their recommendations! The owners were also very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Overall, it was really a really nice vacation. We will definitely recommend SEA-esta to all of our family and friends!

We had a wonderful time at Sea-Esta. What a beautiful condo. The furnishings are even nicer than the photos. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need. They have so many things for kids: beach toys, games, a large assortment of DVDs and nice high def t.vs and DVD players in both bedrooms. We actually felt guilty because the people staying across from us didnt have anything to take to the beach but towels. We had a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs and there is even a nice wagon for the little kids to use. We were VERY impressed with Sea-Esta. The location is close to shopping and plenty of places to dine. We rented bikes for the first time and that was great. We will highly recommend Sea-Esta to our friends and family. What a find!

We had a wonderful time in HHI at this townhome. It was even prettier than the web-site photos. Very pretty and yet beachy decor. Everything is supplied. We didn't have to pack as much because of your thoughfulness. Ocean Breeze, the complex was relaxing and quiet. The people, residents and vacationers, were really friendly. The location is great. Close to Coligny and anything you need. If you can't ride your bike to it, you probably don't need it. Great path to the beach. I could live there and ride bikes all the time. Our favorites for dining are the HH Brewing Co. and Smokehouse. Also, for couples wanting a nice dinner the Aqua Lounge. To venture a little further and have a non-seafood dinner, Little Venice in Shelter Cove is excellent Italian. At least the veal dishes are. Thanks Brandi for making the whole process easy and I was totally comfortable trying a new place because of your professionalism. We look forward to going back to SEAesta.

My family stayed at this vacation rental condo for a week in May and had a great time! The condo is beautifully renovated and has all the amenities of home. The owner thought of everything that would be needed for a young family - lots of beach towels, booster chair, bed rails, coolers (even the little things like laundry detergent, soap, paper towels were a welcome surprise. who wants to buy that on vacation???) My kids, 2 & 4, enjoyed the games, dvds, pool toys and especially the wagon that they were able to ride in to the beach.The 'Welcome Book' in the condo lists several recommended restaurants and activities. We enjoyed several of them - Yum! The condo is in a great location. Close to Coligny Beach and shopping as well as very good restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The pictures don't do it justice. This condo outshines all of the other places that we have ever stayed. The decor is just lovely. The owners have thought of everything. They even have a fancy, electric corkscrew sits on the counter. The bath towels are plush and they even have special DOG towels. The location was great. Close to beach, shopping and many great places to eat. The pool was a very short walk from the deck and it is very nice. We went to the beach and then to the pool everyday. We have already given SeaEsta glowing reports to our friends and relatives and plan to return next year.

Our stay at The Sea-Esta villa was outstanding. From the moment we first walked into the villa, we loved it. The decor was awesome. We did not need to bring anything for our toddlers, as the villa was fully equipped with dinnerware, a booster seat, and plenty of linens. Every day we loaded up the beach cart (which was already supplied) and made our walk to the ocean. With toddlers, it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The villa is right next to the pool, we just walked out the back deck through a little pathway and we jumped into the pool, which was very warm, and clean. We would definitely consider staying at the villa again. It is a very quiet neighborhood, monitored by security.

This is a great place for a family vacation! The unit has everything you need to be comfortable, location is ideal for walks to the beach and close to shopping. The owners are easy to work with and have done a great job of decorating the property to give a very "beachy" feel. We will recommend this to family friends.
